Use the included spatula to scoop out the balm, then gently massage it onto dry skin in circular motions with your fingertips to break down makeup and residue. Add water to emulsify the oil, then massage again. Finally, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water or wipe off with a face cloth or tissue.
