These must-have toner pads remove dirt, impurities, and makeup residue while refining pores, controlling excess oil, and leaving skin smooth and hydrated. The low pH, hypoallergenic formula gently exfoliates and moisturizes without irritation, preparing your skin for the next steps. With 1% BHA (Betaine Salicylate) to clear dead skin cells and 85.9% White Willow Bark to soothe irritation and balance the skin, these pads are perfect for breakout prevention and a healthy complexion.
